Jodie Foster Accused Of Battery by a 17 year-old boy; Jodie claims he is "professional paparazzi."

Actress Jodie Foster is being accused of attacking a 17-year-old boy who attempted to take photographs of her at The Grove in Los Angeles.
Incident occurred on May 29, the boy's father told Radaronline, "Jodie Foster attacked my son at the parking lot at The Grove. Jodie pushed and shoved him leaving scratches and bruises on his arm."

According to the police report, "Vict while at The Grove saw susp and began to take pics of susp with his camera then walked to the valet area of The Grove. Susp followed vict, poked him on his chest, grabbed vict by his left arm causing visible injury."
Jodie Foster rep. claims that the boy is not an innocent fan and they describe him as a "professional paparazzi."
"This guy was most definitely a professional paparazzo," the actress's rep said, "He had a large camera bag and 1000mm telephoto lens. He tailed Jodie and followed her all the way from the movie theater to the valet."
The Panic Room star admits that she "touched him on the elbow" in an effort to stop him from photographing and to protect her children.
"He crowded her and her two young children and took photos of them the whole time," says the rep, adding that the actress went up to him and asked him to stop.

"This guy's behavior was completely inappropriate," says the rep, "and the police report is a fabrication of the incident."
The 17-year-old’s father denies his son is a paparazzo and only wants an autograph.
