Emmy Rossum finish filming Dragonball in Mexico

Emmy Rossum who played the role of Bulma just blogged about her filming experience for the live-action film Dragonball in Mexico and greeted all her blog visitors a Happy Easter.

They just finish wrapping up the movie and Emmy has mix emotions finishing this movie. Check out what she had to say in the entry titled “That’s a Wrap”:
Hey guys,

Happy Easter! I hope you are all painting eggs, rolling eggs and eating lots of chocolate bunnies!

Sorry it’s been all quiet on the western front. I’ve been so busy in Mexico finishing up Dragonball but we just wrapped yesterday so I JUST got home and this is my first opportunity in front of my computer to write to you. It’s been nuts for about a month and a half working nights (on a schedule of about 5pm-8am) outside, but our spirits have been high and it was such a blast. I’ve missed writing to you but I’ve been exhausted after coming home from work early in the morning. I’m finally home (at least for a few weeks) and it’s a mixture of happy and sad. Wrapping a movie is kind of like the end of school, you miss all your friends that you’ve bonded with so much but you are eager for a little rest and a break from all the hard work. I’ll be starting work on something else in 3 weeks so I wont have much time to rest but I’m really looking forward to the simple things that I can enjoy while being home, getting to see my friends, sleeping in my own bed, hanging out with my puppies (who are growing so fast!) and eating at my favorite restaurants.

On another note, due to some personal things that have been going on with my family, I’m getting involved in a new charitable outreach that I’ll be able to tell you about soon. It’s something really close to my heart so I hope to share that with you and raise awareness as much as we can.
I worked out how to video blog (bear with me, please) so I’ll be sending you something later this week.

Lots of love..

Emmy Rossum is now training and filming the live-action movie Adaptation of Dragonball.

Dragon Ball is created by Akira Toriyama. And consider one of the most popular anime seies in the world.

Emmy will play inventor/scientist Bulma, owner of Capsule Corp. and the inventor of the Dragon Radar.

On Emmy's blog she said, "Sorry I've been rather quiet for a bit, I've been working on a very exciting new film that I'm shooting outside the US. I'm working with the great Chow Yun Fat and I'm very excited about the role, which is so different than any role I've ever played. I love the character and I'm excited to get to share something so fun with you. In prep for the film I've been training very hard, learning how to fight, fire a gun, weapons training and even some martial arts. It's fun to play such a different character when I am such a pacifist in real life. Speaking of pacifisim and peace, I want to wish everyone a happy, healthy holiday and New Year."

It is scheduled for worldwide release on August 15, 2008
