Three hundred years ago, a group of powerful beings arrived in our shores. Known as vampires, drinkers of human blood, their menace quickly spread throughout the land. But unknown to them, a powerful clan also lived in the islands, a group of beings who can transform themselves into powerful wolves - the Taong Lobos. The Taong Lobos were the humans' protectors and they immediately formed an army to destroy the vampires. The blood drinkers were no match to the Taong Lobos. One by one, they fell. Those who survived were driven into hiding. What followed was peace among the humans and taong lobos, and the memory of the vampires started to fade. But the vampires are only lying in wait – organizing and fortifying their numbers until they are ready. They are holding a secret – a prophecy that foretells of an epic battle between them and the Taong Lobos that will finally decide the one blood that shall rule all. The battle shall be led by a powerful vampire and a powerful taong lobo who are each others nemesis and downfall. John Lloyd Cruz and Bea Alonzo teaming up again for Star Cinema's post-Valentine offering

ABS-CBN's formidable love team will return to the big screen next year. John Lloyd Cruz will be teaming up again with long-time onscreen partner Bea Alonzo in another romantic flick for Star Cinema.

Joining Bea and John Lyoyd is the controversial actress Maricar Reyes which receives overwhelmingly support from ABS-CBN with interesting breakthrough projects.

This Cathy Garcia-Molina movie is Star Cinema's post-Valentine offering. Production starts on November 16.

Bea and John Lyoyd's last big screen project is the hit movie "One More Chance".

While The Buzz Magazine’s banner story is about Bea Alonzo finally shedding clothes and appearing shedding clothes and appearing in a two-pieces swimsuit after years of playing the meek, conservative, hopeless romantic in television and movies. Maricar doesn’t deliver much juice in her interview, though. Maricar Reyes in "Your Song Presents Gaano Kita Kamahal" - a tale of forbidden affair

Rising actress Maricar Reyes shows that no scandal or controversy will put her down and she will rise to achieve her acting ambition.

After her guest role as a “taong grasa (greasy vagrant)” in ABS-CBN's "May Bukas Pa", Maricar is ready to prove that she belongs to this industry. She again got a nice role that will test her acting skills in ABS-CBN's Sunday afternoon drama series "Your Song Presents Gaano Kita Kamahal".

Maricar Reyes plays the role of Amy, a piano tutor who unexpectedly falls in love with her student’s father (Sid Lucero). Things become more complicated as he turns to her for comfort because his wife (Jodi Sta. Maria), focuses most of her attention to her work.

Cast includes Miguel dela Rosa, Bettina Carlos, Aldred Gatchalian, Regine Angeles, and John James Uy together with Rey “PJ” Abellana and Maritess Joaquin.

This accidental tale of love and betrayal will air this Sunday, July 5, right after ASAP ’09.
