After gaining to much attention, controversy and pressured to win the Britain's Got Talent finale which she failed to do so has resulted her being hospitalized. BGT runner-up Susan Boyle is suffering from exhaustion..

BGT judge Piers Morgan told a Brit TV show, "She's gone in for some rest. She needs to get away from everyone – get away from the show, from the media, the public, and just have a bit of down time to herself."

"She had too long to wait between the audition show and the final, and the pressure just builds and builds and builds. It's been crazy, she has gone from anonymity to being the most-downloaded woman in history."

"Nobody has had to put up with the kind of attention Susan has had. Nobody could have predicted it."

The 48-year-old from Scotland was beaten all-male dance crew Diversity in Britain's Got Talent finale, she finished in second place.

Amid Boyle's recent controversy, Cowell said, "You had the guts to come back here tonight, face your critics and you beat them, and that's the most important thing. I've got to know the real Susan Boyle – which is not the person I've seen portrayed in the media – who is still a very nice shy person who just wants a break. I absolutely adore you."

Boyle performed "I Dreamed A Dream" from the musical Les Miserables - the same number she sang during her audition.
