Aside from actor Cesar Montano who will run for Governor of Bohol in 2010 elections, actor-TV host Richard Gomez expressed interest to enter once again the political arena. He is now eying to be the next Congressman of Ormoc City.
Richard want Ormoc City to be the next top tourism destination in the Philippines.
Even he failed in his previous attempt, the Family Feud host is still determine and hopeful in the 2010 elections.
In 2001, he ran as a party-list representative for anti-drug group Mamamayan Ayaw sa Droga (MAD) but his group was later disqualified as a party-list by the Commission on Elections even though gaining overwhelming support. In 2007, Richard ran as an independent candidate for Senate bid but he lost.
