Lindsay Lohan Involved In Baby Stroller incident; "hit-and-run" Conflicting reports

Controversial actress Lindsay Lohan was reportedly involved in an accident in which she hits a baby stroller while driving her Maseratti in West Hollywood on Wednesday afternoon (September 1).  The said accident story is also being questioned.

Eyewitnesses claims that Lindsay accidentally hit the woman pushing a kid in a stroller after running a red light.

Brayan Jaime told RadarOnline, “There was a woman pushing a kid in the stroller, maybe a two or three-year-old, crossing the street. Lindsay took the red light and hit the stroller. It wasn’t super hard, but she made impact and hit them. Lindsay pulled to the right, stopped for two seconds, and then just kept going.”

“I’m 100 per cent sure Lindsay was driving because I saw her with my own eyes. I asked the kid if she was okay and then asked the woman, but she was kind of shocked and didn’t really know what to say and you could tell she was scared.”

The Mean Girls actress allegedly didn't stop to check if woman and baby were okay,  The impact is reportedly wasn't  hard but it shaken the woman and the baby.

Conflicting reports about the incident. According to TMZ,  "The photog says Lindsay "ever-so-slightly tapped the stroller -- like 1 mile an hour. The photog says Lindsay pulled over, asked the nanny pushing the stroller if everything was okay and was told everyone and everything was fine, so she drove off."

Another questionable thing is:  No police report was filed and even the witnesses didn't do their resposibility.
