Ann Lopez Files For Divorce From George Lopez

After announced their split in September, TV host George Lopez’s wife, Ann Serrano Lopez, has officially filed for divorce from her husband at LA County Superior Court (November 23), ending their 17 years of marriage.

Citing “irreconcilable differences”, Ann is seeking spousal support and primary physical custody of their 15 year-old daughter Mayan. She is being represented by attorney Laura Wasser.

Aside from the child, Ann's deep connection to George will remain as she saves his life in 2005 by donating one of her kidney to her husband.

George Lopez & wife Ann Lopez Divorcing, ending 17 years of marriage

TV host George Lopez and wife Ann Lopez have decided to called it quits, ending their 17 years of marriage.

George's rep says, "George and Ann Lopez have made the decision to end their 17 year marriage. The decision is amicable and by mutual agreement. They remain dedicated parents, and committed partners in business and their philanthropic organization, The Lopez Foundation."

The soon-to-be ex-couple tied the knot in 1993 and they have one child together, Mayan Lopez.

Aside from the child, Ann's deep connection to George will remain as she saves his life in 2005 by donating one of her kidney to her husband.
