Billy Ray Cyrus on Miley's Bong controversy: " Im so sad"

Again the burden of blame will fall under the parents. Billy Ray Cyrus tweeted her disappointment after his daughter Miley Cyrus, who just turned 18, was caught smoking out of a bong.

Billy Ray tweeted, "Sorry guys. I had no idea. Just saw this stuff for the first time myself. Im so sad. There is much beyond my control right now."

Miley is reportedly smoking salvia which has hallucinogenic effects. .. BTW, salvia is legal in California. Remember hallucinogenic properties can lead to disturbing behavior.

Bill Ray is currently in a middle of divorce from his wife Tish.

Turning 18 doesn't always mean freedom. There's no age in the boundaries of Guidance!

Bret Michaels Denies Affair with Miley Cyrus's mom Tish Cyrus

Bret Michaels has denied romantic involvement with Miley Cyrus's mom Tish Cyrus. His name popped up and being pointed out in some reports as the reason for Billy Ray Cyrus and Tish's breakup!

The 47 year-old rocker made an appearance on Fox & Friends and when questioned about the reported affair, Michaels denied it and he says, "The answer is no".

Michaels added, "I've been friends with her family forever. It started out with me and Miley simply working on a song together. Her mom, Tish, likes "Every Rose Has Its Thorn," the first concert Miley ever saw was Poison, and so they wanted to remake it for the new record."

"When I was in the studio, Miley came in and sang on my song," said Michaels. "And that was it."

Tish Cyrus and Billy Ray Cyrus filed for divorce last month citing "irreconcilable differences", , ending their seventeen years of marriage.

It's over for Miley Cyrus' parents!

Billy Ray Cyrus and Tish Cyrus decided to go separate ways, ending their seventeen years of marriage. Divorce papers was filed by Billy Ray, citing ‘irreconcilable differences’ as the reason of the breakup.

Billy Ray and Tish issued a statement, "As you can imagine, this is a very difficult time for our family. We are trying to work through some personal matters. We appreciate your thoughts and prayers."

According to the divorce papers obtained by TMZ, Billy Ray is asking for "shared" custody, for the court to "approve a parenting plan" and to make an "equitable distribution of the marital estate."

The future ex-couple have three kids Miley, Braison and Noah, 10. Billy Ray also adopted Tish's two children from a previous relationship.

Former CIA spy Bob Ho (Chan) takes on his toughest assignment to date: looking after his girlfriend's three kids, who haven't exactly warmed to their mom's beau. And when one of the youngsters accidentally downloads a top-secret formula, Bob's longtime nemesis, a Russian terrorist, pays a visit to the family.

Billy Ray Cyrus on Larry King: "I took Miley to get her nose pierced."

Miley Cyrus is now sporting a nose piercing and her own dad Billy Ray Cyrus shared to Larry King that he is the one who took "Smiley" Miley to get her nose pierced.

Miley is currently in the Georgia city filming the movie "The Last Song", she plays a rebellious teen sent to live with her estranged dad.

Her nose piercing will be ideal to that role.
