Chris Brown completed his Domestic Violence Class

Chris Brown is happy to shout announced to the world that he finally completed a court-ordered 52-week domestic violence course and for the proof, his completion certificate.

The 21 year-old singer singer uploaded a photo and tweeted, “I’m done with class.”

Chris pleaded guilty in the domestic violent incident involving his ex-girlfriend Rihanna last year (Feb 2009).

Chris Brown is still struggling building up his career and image He must still under five year probation and 180 days of community service.

Because every action has consequences, Chris Brown is still struggling building up his career and image. Brown is surely hoping that 2011 will be a better year for him.

Chris Brown perfrormed Michael Jackson Tribute at 2010 BET Awards (Video); Breaks Down Crying on stage

R&B singer Chris Brown gave a great performance on stage as he pays tribute to the late King of Pop Michael Jackson at the 2010 BET Awards.

During his performance, Chris Brown became emotional and he suddenly broke down crying on stage.

Aside from remembering Michael Jackson, maybe the message of song affected him and deep inside he is thinking the unfortunate things he done in his life especially to Rihanna.

Chris Brown denied entry to UK

Chris Brown's image of violence still hunts him as he received a denied entry to United Kingdom. In connection of his domestic violent incident involving his ex-girlfriend Rihanna last year.

With this development, Brown's three shows in UK was canceled.

Chris tweeted, “SORRY to all the fans in Europe!!! my tour is cancelled. Im pretty sure yall know. my entry was denied in your country. I love you. SORRY!!” (The tweet later was removed)
Chris rep. claimed the rejection was based on "issues surrounding his work visa" but Britain's Home Office also released a statement, "We reserve the right to refuse entry to the UK to anyone guilty of a serious criminal offense.

Until now, he still struggling to get back into the spotlight. He still enduring the Bad karma.

Chris brown on Rihanna's interview: assault details "should remain a private matter between us"

Even though he admitted and apologized for his shameful assault of his ex-girlfriend, Chris Brown want Rihanna to keep the details of incidents quiet.

Chris Brown speaks out via MTV about Rihanna's recent 20/20 interview, "While I respect Rihanna's right to discuss the specific events of February 8, I maintain my position that all of the details should remain a private matter between us."

Rihanna breaks her silence in an interview with Diane Sawyer, “All I kept thinking the whole time - when’s it going to stop? He had no soul in his eyes. Just blank. He was clearly blacked out. There was no person when I looked at him.”

Adding to Chris Brown statement, "I do appreciate her support and wish her the best. I am extremely sorry for what I did, and I accept accountability for my actions. At this point, I am taking the proper steps to learn about me and grow from my mistakes. I only hope that others in similar situations can learn from our experience as well. Abuse of any kind is always wrong. The rest I leave it to God."

Brown was sentenced to five years of probation, community service and domestic violence counseling.

Chris Brown sentenced in Rihanna assault case

Chris Brown was sentenced to five years of probation and 6 months of hard labor at the Commonwealth Catholic Charities in Richmond, VA.

He must attend 52-week domestic violence course and he must stay 100 yards away from Rihanna, unless they are both at an entertainment-related event, in which case he must stay 10 yards away (5 years).

Chris can’t own a dangerous weapon and subject to search and seizure. Approval is needed if Brown will leave the country.

Brown must pay $2,500 in restitution and another $2,500 in probation expenses. He must also pay a $30 criminal conviction fee and $400 that goes into a domestic violence fund. Very small amount!!

Chris Brown Apologizes To Rihanna & Fans (Video)

Chris Brown recorded a 120 secs. video apologizing to Rihanna and his fans for the heavy publicized assault case that happened before Grammy’s night last February (2009).

Regretting about the incident, Chris takes full responsibility and admits he didn’t apologize before because he was advised by his lawyer not to.

Chris Brown pleaded guilty to nasty evidence

Avoiding more nasty revelation and evidence, Chris Brown pleaded guilty for felony assault against Rihanna and he won’t do jail time.

The Plea bargain details are the following:
  • Supervised probation for 5 years.
  • 180 days of community labor, like graffiti cleanup in his hometown of Virginia.
  • He must report back to court every three months for his supervised probation.
  • He must also enroll in a domestic violence counseling program, which will most likely be 52 sessions. One session per week.
  • Judge issued a stay away order, which means he must stay at least 50 yards away from Rihanna, and he is not allowed to contact her.
  • Chris is ordered to return back to court on August 5th to see if the stay away order can be reduced to level one.
If Brown violates probation, he could get up to 4 years in prison.

Rihanna and Chris Brown attends NBA Game 4 final; seats in separate sections

If your excited with the intense finals match up between the Orlando Magic and Los Angeles Lakers game 4 in Orlando, there's another intense event happening on the side court. Two controversial celebrities showed up, it's Rihanna and her ex-beau Chris Brown.

The couple arrive separately and according to People, Rihanna and Chris "seats in separate sections. During half time, each retreated to separate private lounges".

Meanwhile, Rihanna officially got served to appear in court on June 22 for assault case against ex-beau Chris Brown.

By the way, thanks to a confident Derek Fisher who buried a 3-pointer which forced overtime as the Lakers beat Orlando Magic 99-91 in OT, Kobe's crew has 3-1 lead in the NBA finals.

Rihanna officially received subpoena

Previously announced by her lawyer that Rihanna will appear if she is required to testify, yesterday 21-year-old Barbadian beauty officially got served to appear in court for assault case against ex-beau Chris Brown.

Rihanna's lawyer Donald Etra confirmed to People, "Rihanna was served at my office by L.A. DA investigators," Etra says. "If the preliminary hearing indeed goes forward, she is now legally required to be there, she will be there, and will answer all questions truthfully."

The June 22 hearing will determine if the evidence and Rihanna's testimony will lift the case to trial.

After Chris Brown finally speak out to the public (haters and loyal fans) that he "ain't a monster", rapper EVE is reportedly lashing out some verbal assault to Chris via her twitter page:

But actually the said twitter page is not authored by the real EVE. According to Eve’s rep. via contactmusic, it's FAKE.

Eve’s representative denies the rant and said, “Eve doesn’t Twitter - ever. It is not her who tweeted about Chris Brown.”

Rihanna will appear in the next hearing, says Lawyer

The prosecutors have informed Rihanna's lawyer that his client will be receiving a subpoena to testify for June 22 preliminary hearing over the assault charges against ex-beau Chris Brown.

Attorney Donald Etra said that Rihanna will appear and will take the stand.

Rihanna's lawyer said, "The DA told me Rihanna will be subpoenaed. I will accept on her behalf. She will appear in court, and if asked to testify, she will do so."

Brown who pleaded not guilty for assault and criminal threats against Rihanna was denied by the court over their motion to get and determine the people responsible for the photograph leaked of a battered Rihanna to the media.



Photographer sued Chris Brown for assault and battery

Another beating up incident is being linked to troubled singer Chris Brown. He is being sued by photographer who claims the singer and his bodyguard was involved in a violent incident on a LA basketball court back in March.

Photographer Robert Rosen is suing Chris Brown and the L.A. Fitness gym for assault and battery, false imprisonment, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence and premises liability.
According to the the lawsuit via TMZ, "Robert Rosen (member of L.A. Fitness gym) shot a photo of Chris playing ball with his friends.

The photog claims Chris' bodyguards yelled at him -- so he tried to leave the gym ... but an L.A. Fitness employee tried to block his escape.

The photog says he then fell down a stairwell, which allowed the bodyguards to catch up with him -- where they, "picked him up by his shorts and physically assaulted him."
Robert Rosen also has a previous record of suing celebrity. In 2007, Rosen sued Pierce Brosnan for allegedly hitting him in the chest in Malibu. The case was dismissed.

Brown's lawyer, Mark Geragos said in statement:
"This is a specious and frivolous lawsuit by one of the paparazzi seeking publicity and a payday. He’s done this before and lost. We will vigorously defend against this."

Chris Brown Denies Leaking Rihanna Nude Photos

With the alleged Rihanna's nude photos are now leaked online, one name is being linked and accused of leaking this nude photos and their pointing towards RiRi's ex-boyfriend Chris Brown.

With this suspicion, Chris Brown's camp denies involvement and releases a statement denouncing any connection via Essence.
“This is both a false and defamatory statement. Chris has not released or ‘leaked’ any photos of Rihanna (or anyone else for that matter).”
Chris Brown is still facing multiple charges of Abuse with the Rihanna incident.

Rihanna want her loan Jewelries back from the Police

On the Rihanna-Chris brown incident, the public's mind concentrated on brown ugly behavior but there is another issue that Rihanna want to emphasized -her million dollar blings which was seized.

Rihanna is requesting the police to return the $1.4 million worth of jewelries that she wore he night of beating incident.

The police seized a pair of earrings and three rings as evidence but the sad part, the jewelries belong to four companies that loaned it to her for the Grammy.

Rihanna's lawyer send a request stating, Since there appears to be no evidentiary value to the continued holding of this jewelry ... we respectfully [ask] the court to order the return of this property to [Rihanna] without further delay. If the DA doesn't need the items, and the LAPD doesn't need the items, there's no reason why they shouldn't be returned."

Earrings was described as two yellow metal hoop with white stones; one yellow metal ring with white stones and green stones; and two yellow metal rings with white stones.

Chris Brown Denies Girlicious Singer as her new girlfriend or the reported Virginia college student

After Chris Brown was spotted with Girlicious singer Natalie Mejia at a tattoo parlor that started the rumored news that Brown has replace her beat up ex-girlfriend Rihanna, Chris Brown and his camp denies the report.
According to Brown's rep. via PEOPLE, "Chris was in a Hollywood tattoo parlor with a woman from the recording studio named Dean, who was getting a tattoo. (Chris did not get a tattoo)."

"Natalie Mejia was there with Dean. [Reports in other media] that Natalie Mejia is Chris's new girlfriend are also false," says the rep, adding that other rumors claiming Brown is dating a Virginia college student named Erica Jackson are also not true."

On Natalie Mejia's part, she doesn't confirm nor denies she even told RadarOnline that brown is a total “gentlemen.”.
Meija said, “it’s true we did visit a tattoo parlor together but I can’t say if we got anything done because that is personal. Things are going well between us but I really do not want to comment much more than that right now.”
She proudly says Brown -“has treated me like a [sic] gentleman at all times actually and there are no complaints.”

Chris Brown pleaded not guilty on Rihanna assault

Chris Brown has pleaded not guilty with two felony charges - assault and making criminal threats in the alleged Feb. 8 beating of his girlfriend Rihanna.

At L.A. County criminal courthouse, Brown was accompanied by his lawyer Mark Geragos, his mother and bodyguards.

Both camps are reportedly trying to close a plea bargain to avoid trial. The next hearing was scheduled for April 29, more time to discuss his deal.

If convicted, the 19-year-old singer is facing a maximum four years and eight months in state prison.

No Duet for Chris Brown and Rihanna after the incident

Despite the previous reports of Rihanna and Chris Brown so called new duet project. It was clarified by producer Polow Da Don's publicist that the duet collaboration happened before the assault incident.

According to Polow Da Don's rep. Laura Wright via US Weekly, "The reports are inaccurate. The duet was recording long before the incident."

According to PEOPLE, the recorded song was done "around August or September of 2008, Chris and Rihanna's vocals were recorded as the reference vocals for this demo only. [But] the song was never conceived or intended to be a duet between them, and was later recorded by other artists."
