'Thor' Chris Hemsworth & Elsa Pataky Ties the Knot

Actor Chris Hemsworth wants the year 2010 to be unforgettable so he decided to tie the knot with longtime girlfriend/Spanish actress Elsa Pataky.

Hemsworth's rep confirms the marriage over the holiday but no further details are released.

Meanwhile, Hemsworth is set for the upcoming films Thor (with Natalie Portman) and The Avengers.

Natalie Portman will play Jane Foster in "Thor" Movie

The lovely Natalie Portman is the love interest of the God of Thunder as she joined the cast of the mystical-superhero movie, "Thor".

Natalie will play the role of Jane Foster, a nurse who became Thor's first love. The character will be updated for the feature adaptation. -Marvel reports.

Playing Thor that will lift the mystical hammer Mjolnir is Aussie actor Chris Hemsworth and playing the villain Loki is Tom Hiddleston.

Helm by Kenneth Branagh and expected to be released on May 20, 2011.

Chris Hemsworth is Marvel's mighty Thor

Last February, the casting call started for the movie "Thor" and now they finally got the lead star that will raised the famous mystical hammer Mjolnir.

Australian actor Chris Hemsworth has been chosen to play Thor in this Marvel's live-action film adaptation of the classic comic book series.

In J.J. Abrams' Star Trek, Hemsworth plays George Kirk, father of Captain James T. Kirk.

Nikki Finke of Deadline Hollywood breaks this news and she also shared that Hemsworth also got the lead in the upcoming “Red Dawn” remake.

It is previously rumored that their interested on the services of Josh Hartnett to play the villain role "Loki" which is labeled as the God of Mischief and has mission to get rid of Thor.

"Thor" movie will be helm by Kenneth Branaghdue, due out in theaters on May 20, 2011.
