David Boreanaz Sued For Sexual Harassment by aspiring actress Kristina Hagan

After being involved in extramarital affairs and slowly fixing his marriage with wife Jaime Bergman, actor David Boreanaz is now facing sexual harassment charges by an aspiring actress named Kristina Hagan. With no surprise, the alleged victim is being represented by lawyer Gloria Allred.

Hagan met David while working as an extra on his show "Bones" dated August 21, 2009. David initially sent "sexually inappropriate text messages" to Kristina Hagan at that time.

Also according to TMZ, The suit also claims David was driving with Kristina in September, 2009 and told her he was "the boss" and that he could "make things happen for her."

The suit claims David then parked his car, and "attempted to kiss her and touch her breasts but she pushed him away." The suit then alleges Boreanaz "unzipped his pants, pulled out his penis and began stroking it until he ejaculated."

They decided to stop the affair after David Boreanaz's infidelity staring to come out. Boreanaz promised to Hagan that he "could make things happen for her career" but never delivered.

Gloria tells Radaronline, “Today we have filed a lawsuit on behalf of Kristina Hagan, an actress, against David Boreanaz, in employment. Hagan is a member of the Screen Actors Guild and the American Federal of Television and Radio Artists."

“She is an actress who is working towards her goals, but who like many other actresses has not been able to achieve them. For that reason she is extremely vulnerable as many actresses are in Hollywood”.

Rachel Uchitel: "David Boreanaz is not part of my life"

Tiger Woods’ mistress no.1 Rachel Uchitel is firing back at media outlets after her name was linked as the other woman in David Boreanaz extortion controversy.

In her statement, "David Boreanaz is not part of my life, nor will he be. I am not in communication with him and do not wish to be. I have made no claims against him and do not plan to assert any. Any statements to the contrary are false and I hope that this statement will finally end any speculation about this issue."

"I am looking forward to a life that is not filled with scandal, rumor, innuendo or false statements about me. I will not have any further comment regarding David Boreanaz."

Uchitel denies involvement with the alleged 6 figure proposed settlement by power house lawyer Gloria Allred.

Jaime Bergman can sue David Boreanaz Mistress; Gloria Allred says her client will now tell the story of the affair

David Boreanaz’s marriage to wife Jaime Bergman is still intact and reportedly Jaime is the one "who pushed David to publicly confess" about his affairs after the former mistress demanded 6 figure deal.

Jaime, who lives in Utah has the right to legally sue the woman her husband had an affair if she believes the woman intended to breakup their marriage. Jaime can file “alienation of affection” in which the state allows.

David Boreanaz felt/claims that he is being blackmailed or there was some sort of extortion by the infamous Gloria Allred which represent his mistress.

Lawyer Gloria Allred is now firing back that her client is going to tell her story publicly, "My client has not told her story to the press, but now that Mr. Boreanaz is attacking her she has decided to tell the story of their relationship, so that the truth will come out."

It is a good move from David Boreanaz to stop this extortion settlements. Gloria Allred has been earning a lot money with this so-called legal claims for privacy.

David Boreanaz admits his infidelities; mistress demanding for money

Bones star David Boreanaz reveals that he put a stained in his marriage, admitting his extra-marital affair and unfaithfulness to his wife of nine years, Jaime Bergman.

Boreanaz decided to come forward after his former mistress and her lawyer which is reportedly the infamous Gloria Allred contacted him and demanded six figures or else the scandal will goes to different media outlets.

"I was associated with a woman who I was involved with and had a relationship with," he says. "She asked for money. I felt as though I was being blackmailed or there was some sort of extortion."

Boreanaz did not name his former mistress but multiple reports that allegedly the said woman is Tiger Woods’ mistress Rachel Uchitel.

It seems David Boreanaz is doing the David Letterman style. He doesn't want to pay up! The Bones star next mission is to fix his marriage.
