Dean Sheremet felt betrayed and doesn't agree with his ex-wife LeAnn Rimes about her explanation on why she cheated!

LeAnn claims their seven years of marriage is not "fulfilling".

Dean Sheremet tells Us Weekly, "Age had very little to do with why we got divorced. I was very content and satisfied. I put myself on hold to funnel all my creative energy into her career and our marriage. I was willing to make the sacrifices necessary to have a successful marriage and further her career. I knew, and know, her better than anyone in this world... I was blindsided and shocked that she of all people would do this to the closest person in her life."

Sheremet is now dating photographer Sarah Silver.

Rimes and Sheremet wed in 2002 and they split in 2009 after it was discovered that LeAnn was having an affair with Eddie Cibrian, a married man, who is also her co-star in a Lifetime TV movie “Northern Lights”.

Aside from flaunting her bikini body on the cover of Shape magazine’s October 2010 issue, singer/actress LeAnn Rimes also shared that her life is still in an amazing shape!! In her interview, LeAnn talks about why she cheated on ex-husband Dean Sheremet, finding strength in working out and relationship with Eddie Cibrian.

On criticism about leaving Dean Sheremet for Eddie Cibrian.

"My relationship with Dean was great, but ultimately it wasn't a fulfilling marriage for either of us. We got married so young: I was 19 and he was 21, so as we got older, we grew apart. I understand why people are disappointed in me, especially since I grew up as America's sweetheart. I think any relationship is hard to get out of, and I don't think the way I did it was right. I truly believe there are lessons in it for me to learn. Cultivating strength from rough situations is the most important thing. After going through this, I know I can face anything."

On her stressful year with all the media coverage surrounding the divorce.

"Going to the gym and punching out some of my aggression on a pair of mitts has been a lifesaver. Sometimes I felt so depressed I didn't want to get out of bed, so just getting to the gym—even for a few minutes—was a big accomplishment. It really did make me feel better and kind of saved me. It gave me a bit of sanity. Even now, on days when I'm really frustrated, I'll walk into the gym and say to my trainer, "We're doing a boxing workout today. For an hour. I need to hit things."

On working out with Eddie Cibrian.

"We go to the same gym, and sometimes we take group cycling classes together, but when it comes to weight training, we pretty much do our own thing. He's going to kill me for saying this, but when I ask him to work out with me, he always says no. And when I ask why, he says, "Because your boxing workouts are too hard." And he's right: I'm serious about my exercise. I don't just doodle around. I see people at the gym talking on their cell phones. If they think their bodies are really going to change...I mean, you've got to put in the effort!"

Singer/actress LeAnn Rimes is now legally a free woman and can now continue her whirlwind affair with actor Eddie Cibrian.

According to USmag, "LeAnn Rimes and Dean Sheremet's divorce was finalized Saturday".

Nothing surprising on Dean Sheremet move to filed for divorce to his future ex-wife LeAnn Rimes and it's about time. Ending their more than seven-years of marriage citing "irreconcilable differences".

Sheremet is seeking spousal support from Rimes and wants her to pay the attorney fees.

Luckily, the future ex-couple have no children so we will not see any brutal custody battle.

LeAnn's affair with Eddie Cibrian is also the reason why Eddie's wife Brandi Glanville decided to dumped him.

After LeAnn Rimes and actor Eddie Cibrian went public together in Valencia Country Club and Kings of Leon concert in Los Angeles. Many are now expecting LeAnn Rimes' announcement of Divorce to her husband of seven years Dean Sheremet.

LeAnn Rimes finally talks about her troubled marriage

After their friends revealed LeAnn-Dean separation, singer-actress LeAnn Rimes finally spoke about her troubled marriage during her performance at the Deer Valley Music Festival in Utah Saturday night.

According to Us, She said during the concert, "It is inevitable that sometimes in a relationship, you will have your heart broken...Sometimes you don't do anything, but sometimes you want revenge. Sometimes you don't, and that's when you just leave it in God's hands and know that He will take care of it."

Rimes' husband Dean Sherement confirmed the separation as he posted on his Twitter page, "Thanks to everyone for all the support through a very difficult time."
