Ashton Kutcher denies another cheating allegation by Star

After being accused of having a flirty-making out moment with hot young blonde in a restaurant, Ashton Kutcher denies another cheating allegation being reported by Star Magazine.

A 21-year-old girl brunette claims that she met Ashton while bowling at Lucky Strikes Lane in Hollywood, California. In that moment, Ashton is with his wife Demi Moore and Rumer Willis. She managed to slipped him her number on a napkin and few days later they began communicating.

The two allegedly met again and they had sex on the living room couch while Demi was out of town.

Kutcher's lawyer Marty Singer denies the cheating allegations ans he tells UsMag: "Star Magazine continuously publishes lies about Ashton Kutcher and many other celebrities. This is not the first, nor will it be the last time they engage in reckless conduct."

Ashton threatened to sue Star Magazine and he recently tweeted, "I think Star magazine calling me a 'cheater' qualifies as defamation of character. I hope my lawyer agrees. STAR magazine - you don't get to stand behind 'freedom of the press' when you are writing fiction."

Miley Cyrus and Demi Moore teams up for "L.O.L.: Laughing Out Loud"

Last January, it was reported that Miley Cyrus and Demi Moore are in negotiations to star in the English-language remake of "L.O.L.: Laughing Out Loud" and now Demi is confirming the new movie project via Twitter.

She tweeted, "Starting a film in July with Miley called LOL"

Original helmer Lisa Azuelos will direct the movie.

It is about a 15-year-old girl who, dumped by her more sexually experienced boyfriend, sets her sights on his best friend. At the same time, her 40-year-old divorcee mother is struggling to move on with her life.

Stunning at 47, actress Demi Moore is still a jaw-dropper as she grace the latest cover of W Magazine December 2009 issue.

Demi who is married to 31-year-old Ashton Kutcher shared that he does not like to be called or labeled as a cougar but she preferred to be called a puma.

On media fascination with “cougars”: “I’m certainly not the first person to be in a relationship with a younger man, but somehow I was plucked out as a bit of a poster girl. I don’t know why that is. But I just kind of step back sometimes and say, ‘There is some reason, and what is it that I have to share in a positive way?"

“I’d prefer to be called a puma,” she says, explaining how she came up with the new designation and “Twittered it out. People wrote back hilarious stuff, saying, ‘I’m going to get T-shirts that say puma power.’”

On having Ashton Kutcher on her side: “The most overwhelming part of meeting someone that you already felt you had such a deep and old connection with is that your feelings are greater than the time you’ve had to actually be with one another,” she said. “Now we’ve had the physical time together. The love he has for me makes me a better person by giving me the courage to take risks. I can fail and have someone who loves me just the same. I never knew it was quite possible.”

In this year's tech fair, Ashton is not just a spectator. He has launched a website named Blah girls, an animated video series featuring a teen three animated teen girls: Tiffany, Brittney and Krystle, who have serious attitude as chat about all kinds of pop culture.
Ashton said, “I’m somewhat inspired by driving teenage girls to school in the morning and hearing the conversation in the back seat… Eventually it just become blah blah blah. That is their voice but we don’t make fun of them. We are making a comedic play on the fanaticism of the girls.”
