Doug Reinhardt Denies New Sex Tape with Paris Hilton; Plans to take Legal action

We all know what Paris Hilton can do if you are talking about sex tapes but story are now popping up about a new sex tape coming out soon! Reportedly, also appearing on the alleged new sex tape with her is ex-boyfriend, Doug Reinhardt in which he strongly denies.

His rep, Amanda Ruisi, tells TMZ, "Doug says a sex tape with Paris and him doesn't exist and never existed."

Doug's camp sent a cease and desist letter to the website that claimed Doug is shopping a sex tape or else a legal action will be done.

Doug's lawyer says the story is "false in every respect and ... defamatory to Mr. Reinhardt." Demanding the website remove any reference to Reinhardt.

Paris Hilton and Doug Reinhardt: Split Again!

Drumrolls...... Paris Hilton is available again as she called it quits again with Doug Reinhardt.

Confirmed by her rep, "The relationship between Paris and Doug is over. She broke up with him more than two weeks ago."

Doug Reinhardt tells RadarOnline, "Despite what many uninformed tabloid journalists are saying, Paris and I met at her house last night and have decided to split (again). It's unfortunate that things are being said about us that are inaccurate. I continue to wish her only the best."

Radaronline is also reporting that Paris Hilton trust issues against Doug, "Paris was constantly checking Doug's cell phone, and monitoring who he was talking to. Doug never gave her any reason to make her question him, she is just extremely insecure."

The ex-couple dated more than a year and their first split happened last June. They rekindle their romance a month later.

Since she rekindled her love to Doug Reinhardt, sadly to say there is no interesting buzzing news about Paris Hilton.

Meanwhile, the court allowed Paris to pursue her lawsuit against Hallmark Cards over its use of her picture and catchphrase on a greeting card. Paris is seeking damages of at least $100,000 for one of Hallmark’s cards.

Paris Hilton and Doug Reinhardt's break up pointed to Kendhal Beal

Paris Hilton and Doug Reinhardt's relationship and public display of affection seems endless but it ended instantly. Emerging reports that the break up was caused by a third party -a younger, hotter blonde model named Kendhal Beal.

Reportedly, a very jealous Paris Hilton made a commotion scene with Doug and attacking Kendhal by throwing fruit and ice cubes.

Kendhal rep. said, "Kendhal and a friend of hers ended up at Darkroom, where Doug and Brody Jenner were hanging out."

Beal and Jenner have been reported to be dating on and off since last year.

"Kendhal knows Brody and Doug, and so they were talking and catching up. They all took a shot and were watching the Lakers game," said the rep. "But Paris got word that Doug was at the bar, and she showed up and started going at it."

"Paris was picking up ice and fruit and throwing it at Kendhal -- she was the victim. Kendhal did nothing offensive or aggressive. Paris was throwing accusations, calling her names. It was the same thing you always hear about Paris and her tirades."

Showing that Paris Hilton is not affected and have already move on, she was spotted being cozy with Madrid Real soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo.

UPDATE: TMZ reports that Paris Hilton wants Doug back and she spent an evening with him.

"Paris begged Doug to take her back. She told him she loved him and had made a mistake by breaking up with him.

We're told she was texting him all night and then showed up at his house at 4 AM this morning, banging on his door. Apparently Doug succumbed to her charm ... which means he scored."

No more wild night out for Paris Hilton and Doug Reinhardt as the two called it quits after months public displays of affection that includes lap dancing.

"In response to the inquiry on whether Paris Hilton has split up with Doug Reinhardt, yes, this is true they are no longer together. They remain friends and ask that you please respect their privacy," a rep for Hilton says.

Many are not surprise with their breakup. Many feels that Doug will be just one of Paris' conquests.
