Rhian Ramos is "Jodi" in "Stairway to Heaven" (Philippine remake)

GMA will try the on-screen chemistry of Dingdong Dantes and Rhian Ramos in the Philippine remake of the Korean hit "Stairway to Heaven".

Months of speculations on who will be Dingdong's leading lady and many names popped up like Jennylyn Mercado, Rhian Ramos and many more... Dingdong is playing the role of “Cholo”, originally done by Kwon Sang-woo.

It was previously confirmed by a GMA executive, the role of "Jodi" goes to Rhian Ramos. It is originally done by Choi Ji Woo in the original-Korean Version.

In a recent interview, Rhian said that she is now feeling the pressure and expectation in doing that role.

By the way, Glaiza de Castro will play the role of Eunice. Eunice (played by Korean actress Kim Tae Hee in the original version) is Jodi's stepsister.

It will be helm by Bb. Joyce Bernal and schedule to air on September 7, 2009.

GMA actor Patrick Garcia admit his interest to Glaiza de Castro; want to settle priorities first

GMA actor Patrick Garcia publicly admitted his interest to "Dear Friend" co-star Glaiza de Castro but his personal issues is blocking his intentions.

On the "Don’t Lie to Me Portion" segment in "Showbiz Central" yesterday, Patrick admits that he want to set his priorities first especially with his son Alex Jazz and former ex-girlfriend Jennylyn Mercado.

Patrick said, "Seryoso naman yung intention ko, napakalinis. Napag-isip-isip ko na may mga parts ng buhay ko na kailangan ko ayusin bago ako ma-in-love sa ibang tao." (My intention is serious but I must fixed some parts of my life before falling in love again)".
