The 53rd Annual Grammy Awards List Of Nominees (2011)

Here are the list of nominees for 53rd Annual Grammy Award, announced during thew Grammy Nominations Concert (December 1).

Rapper Eminem led the pack with a total 10 Grammy nominations followed by Bruno Mars with 7 nod. Jay-Z and Lady GaGa each received 6 nominations.

The 53rd annual Grammy Awards will air live on CBS from Los Angeles's Staples Center on Feb. 13, 2011.

Miley Cyrus "The Climb" no longer up for Grammy consideration

Miley Cyrus’ hit single "The Climb" from the "Hannah Montana: The Movie" will be no longer up for Grammy consideration for best song written for a soundtrack.

Written by Jessi Alexander and Jon Mabe, the song is reportedly was submitted in the category by mistake. Cyrus and her staff decided to withdrew the nomination the day after the Grammy nominations were announced.

The nomination will now go to the next highest number of votes which is Karen O's "All Is Love", written for Where the Wild Things Are.

2010 Grammy Awards - list of nominees

2010 Grammy Awards will be definitely a showdown of the best of the best. Beyoncé led all nominees with 10 nods, followed by Taylor Swift with eight nominations. The Black Eyed Peas, Kanye West and Maxwell each received six.

The 52nd Grammy Awards will be handed out January 31, 2009 in Los Angeles.
