Michael Jackson’s Love Child: Mocienne Petit Jackson

Another individual who wants a crack of Michael Jackson’s inheritance is woman named Mocienne Petit Jackson. She claims that the late King of Pop is her father and was conceived when Michael is just 17 years-old back in 1975.

Mocienne revealed in the filed documents the plot to create a major cover up her existence. To keep the story interesting, Mocienne's mother is Barbara - Diana Ross' sister!!

Mocienne was allegedly “abducted” when she was 9 years old, and sent to Belgium by Michael’s mother, Katherine Jackson. It is a move to protect Michael Jackson’s reputation. She also claims all her 7 kidnappers were later murdered.

Mocienne claims she was diagnosed with Vitiligo and she court to order a DNA test so she claim her part in MJ’s wealth. She also wants custody of MJ's kids so she can give them a "more normal life."

Hmmm.It is a good story for a movie!!

Joe Jackson Blames Wife Katherine for Michael's Death

Michael Jackson's estranged father Joe Jackson drops a bomb against his wife Katherine Jackson as he blames her for their son's death.

In an interview with UK's News of the World, Joe claims that he insisted to his wife Katherine that something was wrong with Michael and he begged to put Michael into rehab for "prescription drugs addiction."

But Joe claims that Katherine never listened. He told Katherine, 'If you had listened to me Michael would be living now!'

Joe also added that his wife kept a distance and doesn't to meddle with Michael's affairs for fear of invading his privacy.

Joe Jackson, Michael's other siblings was cut out on Michael's last will. Katherine, Michael's three children and a charity organization are the listed beneficiaries on his last testament.

Deal: Katherine Jackson Gets Custody Of Michael's Kids; Debbie Rowe gets visitation

Reaching a mutual settlement about the custody issue with no money involved, Michael Jackson's mother Katherine gets the custody of Michael's three children and Debbie Rowe will get visitation of the two children.

Katherine's attorney Londell McMillan said on CBS' The Early Show Thursday, "It's an agreement, an agreement for the best interests of the children. This is not a money deal. This is not about money."

"There is no situation better for these children than for them to be raised and reared in the loving care of Mrs. Katherine Jackson."

For Rowe, she will maintain her parental rights. Visitation rights was given for her two oldest children – Prince Michael I, 12, and Paris, 11. A child psychologist will be used for supervision.

The custody agreement will be presented to a Los Angeles Superior Court judge on Monday.

Guardianship hearing for Michael Jackson's kids postponed again.

Custody hearing for Michael Jackson's Kids (Prince, 12, Paris, 11, and Blanket, 7) has been postponed and it was moved to Aug. 3.

According to TMZ, "Katherine Jackson and Debbie Rowe are close to a settlement. The deal is amicable and it involves the children -- not money."

Rowe, who is still collecting money from an agreement with Michael was drafted so it will survive Michael's death.

Katherine Jackson remains the temporary guardian for Michael Jackson's Kids.
