"Men in Black III" in 3D to Hit Theaters in 2012

The men in dark suits are ready to use neuralyzer once again!!

Columbia Pictures announced that "Men in Black III" will officially hit theaters on May 25, 2012, and it will be in 3-D.

Will Smith and MIB 1 & 2 director Barry Sonnenfeld are already on board while "advanced negotiations" with Tommy Lee Jones (reprising his role as Agent Kay) and Josh Brolin as the young Agent Kay.

Tommy Lee Jones Quits "Lincoln Lawyer"

Tommy Lee Jones has decided to dropped out from "The Lincoln Lawyer" which he is set to direct and co-star in with Matthew McConaughey.

According to Variety, "ones has left the project over creative differences on the script. Lakeshore, which has a script by John Romano, will look to lock in another director in hopes of beginning production next spring."

Meanwhile, Jones completed shooting the financed corporate drama flick "The Company Men" with Ben Affleck and Kevin Costner.

Two A-list actor has joined Ben Affleck in a financed corporate drama. Tommy Lee Jones and Kevin Costner have both signed in the upcoming film, "The Company Men".

According to Variety, Affleck plays a corporate hotshot whose Porsche and six-figure salary vanish after he gets laid off. Costner plays his brother-in-law, a salt-of-the-earth drywall installer who gives him a construction job.

Jones plays a senior partner in the firm, a principled man who struggles with the greedy actions of his partners.

This John Wells movie will begin production in April in Boston. It will be very interesting when Tommy Lee Jones is around.

Tommy Lee Jones is looking for his "box-office bonuses"

Tommy Lee Jones has chosen to sue the producers of his movie "No Country for Old Men" rather than use Javier Bardem's (Anton Chigurh) captive bolt pistol stunner. A 10 million lawsuit was been filed.

Reportedly, after the awards and the success of the said film he was promised a "significant box-office bonuses" but the sad news is he hasn't received any bonuses.

In the lawsuit via TMZ, Tommy says Paramount Pictures paid a reduced upfront fee for him to be apart of the film -- but says the studio needs to shell out a hell of a lot more dough -- now that the film is an Oscar winning hit.
