The 24 year-old actress flaunts her body while wearing a mask is one of the poses she did for Marc Ecko's "Muse" campaign. She also reveals her nearly-naked breasts as she lifts a shirt over her head.
According to TMZ, it was secretly shot in May and Ecko chose Lohan because he wanted someone "who fascinated us -- for better or worse."
